Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are heading back to the Super Bowl after the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game. The Chiefs secured their spot against the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on February 9 with a nail-biting 32-29 win over Josh Allen and the Bills at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night. Victory means the Chiefs are now just one win away from becoming the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
Taylor Swift and Donna Kelce stepped onto the field to celebrate another trophy with Travis Klece. Swift flew into Kansas City on Sunday to cheer on Kelce with her family and took her usual seat in his luxury suite. Sat with her mom Andrea and Kelce’s mom Donna, Swift embraced both of them during the game as the Chiefs managed to wrestle control in the fourth quarter.
The singer’s dash from an Eras Tour concert in Tokyo to the Super Bowl dominated much of the buildup before kickoff in Las Vegas. She made it with plenty of time to spare, of course. And Swift became the focus of attention in her own right, winning what appeared to be a beer-chugging contest, partying with celebrity suite mates such as Blake Lively, Ice Spice and Lana Del Rey, and standing next to Kelce’s mother while he held aloft the Lombardi Trophy following the 25-22 win over the 49ers.
