Jason Kelce Makes Travis Kelce Admission Amid Taylor Swift Rumors

Jason Kelce didn’t hold back while giving his assessment of the recent struggles of his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Travis Kelce has been off to a rather uncharacteristic start this 2024 season.

Through Weeks 1 to 3, the Chiefs veteran made just eight receptions for 69 yards. While he appeared to have found his groove in Week 4, tallying seven catches for 89 yards, the fact remains that he has yet to score a touchdown.

Amid his recent string of poor performances, fans blamed Travis Kelce’s lack of focus on football as the reason for his struggles. Many argued that his relationship with Taylor Swift has been a distraction for him, with the Chiefs TE often spotted partying and going to other social events with his pop star girlfriend.

Jason Kelce, for his part, admitted that it’s true his brother is all over the place as the optics would show. However, he emphasized that this doesn’t mean Travis Kelce is not focused on football.

If there’s one thing the Philadelphia Eagles icon knows about his brother, it’s the fact that “football has always been the most important thing” in his life.

But he still keeps the main thing the main thing.” Jason Kelce also made sure to deflect the criticisms on Taylor Swift, noting that Travis Kelce has always enjoyed his offseason “very much” even before he met the musician.

It remains to be seen if Travis Kelce can bounce back and return to the same impactful player he has been for the Chiefs over the past several years. Sure enough, though, his brother Jason Kelce and Kansas City teammate Patrick Mahomes are not losing confidence in him.
