Taylor Swift’s Move for Travis Kelce After Chiefs-Steelers Turn Heads

Taylor Swift skips the Chiefs’ final regular season game against the Broncos

Taylor Swift did not attend the Kansas City Chiefs’ Christmas Day showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which is unsurprising since it was a road game for the team.

The pop star has only attended the Chiefs’ home games this 2024 season. Despite that, Swift made sure to show her support to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, who made history in the game.

Kelce recorded eight receptions for 87 yards and one touchdown, helping the Chiefs secure the 29-10 win over the Steelers. By scoring his 77th career TD, the Kansas City tight end surpassed Tony Gonzalez (76) for the most receiving touchdowns in team history.

Not only that, but Kelce also set an NFL record for the longest streak with at least 90 receptions in a campaign, per OptaStats. The 35-year-old, who entered Wednesday’s game with 89 catches, now has 97 catches for the season.

It is his seventh consecutive season to reach the reception mark. Swift, for her part, went on a liking spree on Instagram, highlighting how proud she is of Kelce

The social media accounts of the Chiefs, NFL and Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast posted about the receiving touchdown achievement, and Swift liked all their posts. Fans were quick to comment and praise Taylor Swift for being the ever-supportive partner.

Several Swifties also chimed in to congratulate Travis Kelce for his latest milestone. “We love successful couples,” a commenter wrote.

Another one said, “She’s so proud of him.” “Good one,” a fan added. “She’s going on a spree,” a social media user shared. A fifth follower could only write, “oh tay.” Indeed, while Swift wasn’t in attendance for the Chiefs game, it was a memorable Christmas for her and Kelce.
