It has now been a month since Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs suffered a heartbreaking loss at the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles.
However, there is still a buzz surrounding the unexpected turn of events at New Orleans’ Superdome involving Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The Eagles supporters made their feelings about the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter abundantly clear as they booed her loudly when she was shown on the jumbotron.
This was one of the most talked about moments from the big game, which isn’t at all surprising considering how Swift is one of the most well-loved celebrities on the planet right now.
In fact, she even sold out that same stadium in New Orleans on consecutive nights in October 2024 for her famed “Eras Tour.”
According to a previous report, Kelce felt “helpless” as the fans gave Swift the savage treatment during the Super Bowl. Being the protective boyfriend that he is, the jeering reportedly broke the All-Pro tight end’s heart knowing that it “hurt” Swift.
A new report from Radar Online now reveals how Kelce feels about the fans who disrespected her girlfriend during the game. Apparently, the moment “took a toll on her self-esteem” and Kelce isn’t at all happy about it.
Kelce used one word to describe the Eagles fans who booed Swift.
“Travis claims it was just rival fans being jerks, but you can’t blame her for feeling a bit picked on,” revealed Radar Online’s source.
The Chiefs star is understandably upset with the opposing supporters for what they did to Swift during the Super Bowl. At the same time, however, there’s still nothing he can do about these so-called “jerks.”
The damage has been done and at this point, they have no other choice but to move on.
