Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce spills on his surprising wedding rule

Although Travis Kelce hasn’t disclosed the exact date of his wedding to Taylor Swift, he did say when he won’t!

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the Lover singer’s boyfriend revealed his unexpected wedding rule in the most recent installment of his New Heights podcast, which he hosts with his brother Jason Kelce.

Travis and Jason disagreed when a caller spoke about the possibility of a fall wedding conflicting with football season.

“I actually don’t know people who’ve gotten married in the fall because all the weddings I’ve been to and all my friends always do it in the summer,” Travis said.

In jest, the NFL player suggested that the caller and his girlfriend work out a solution by picking a weekend when the team isn’t playing a major game.

But in the end, he said that he doesn’t believe marriage is a smart idea in the fall.

“I’ve seen weddings in f–king February. I’ve seen weddings everywhere but the fall. So I’m not sure if the fall was a good wedding season.”

Jason disagreed, telling the caller to put his wife before his sports team. Jason and Kylie Kelce have been married since 2018.

Travis quoted Dani Rojas from Ted Lasso when he said, “Football is life!” to close out the conversation.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce began dating in 2023 and have remained together ever since.
