For the Mahomes family, this week has been particularly memorable.
Golden Raye, a daughter, was born on Sunday to Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes. Randi Mahomes, Patrick Mahomes’ mother, celebrated her birthday later that week. The Chiefs thus advanced to the AFC Championship Game for the third consecutive year on Saturday after defeating the Texans 23–14 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
“Winning on and off the field! I am so proud of you son. Grateful for the moments with family that mean the most❤️,” Randi Mahomes wrote.
The Mahomes family is doing well.
Randi Mahomes shared some of her favorite birthday pictures on X, the platform that was formerly known as Twitter.

It’s quite amazing to be able to celebrate your birthday while both having a grandchild and winning the AFC Divisional Round playoffs.
