Donna and Travis Kelce Pays Tribute to Jason Kelce After his NFL Retirement

Donna and Travis Kelce recently wore symbolic Philadelphia Eagles apparel in honor of Jason, who announced his NFL retirement on Monday. New photographs from a recent session of the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast show Travis, 34, wearing a limited-edition T-shirt commemorating Jason, 36. The piece was created by Underdog Apparel, Jason’s clothing label, and Homage, an apparel firm headquartered in the Kelces’ birthplace of Ohio.

Fans can grab their own tee for $40 on homage.com with a portion of the proceeds benefiting (Be)Philly, a non-profit foundation founded by Jason that fights for a brighter future for the next generation of Philadelphians. The Chiefs tight end accessorized his laid-back outfit with a NBA cap, but seemingly left his “Kelce” friendship bracelet at home.

Donna, 71, paid tribute to her firstborn by wearing a black denim jacket with Jason’s jersey number “62” over one of the pockets. Donna’s increasing assortment of son-themed merchandise also includes outerwear.

On February 11, 2024, Donna wore a special black-and-white varsity jacket sewn with letter patches spelling out “Super Bowl LVIII,” “Mama Kelce,” and “87” in honor of Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs, who defeated the San Francisco 49ers.

When her two kids competed against each other in the 2023 game, she had to be creative with her attire, which featured a split Chiefs-Eagles game-day look.

Earlier this week, the whole Kelce family, including Jason’s father, Ed Kelce, and his wife, Kylie Kelce, gathered to Philadelphia Eagles Training to support Jason as he announced his resignation from the NFL.

The family and supporters were moved to tears as Jason delivered a heartfelt speech in which he reminisced about his love of the game, which began when he was a youngster in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and recalled recollections from his boyhood, college, and NFL career.

He also spoke about his relationship with Travis, who wiped away tears as he watched his brother from the front row. “We have a small family. No cousins, one aunt, one uncle. It was really my brother and I our whole lives,” Jason explained. “We did almost everything together — competed, fought, laughed, cried and learned from each other.”
