Taylor Swift Reportedly Makes Decision on Attending Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers

One of the biggest news that came out from the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 3 victory over the Atlanta Falcons is the fact that Taylor Swift was a no-show for the game.

This was the first time the pop megastar skipped a Chiefs game this season, which is why fans were very curious as to why Swift was not in the building to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

As it turns out, it just wasn’t possible for the “Karma” singer to attend the game in Atlanta after spending time with good friend and supermodel Gigi Hadid in New York City. It was reportedly a pre-planned trip that just so happened to conflict with the Chiefs’ Week 3 game.

The good news for Swift fans (and Kelce, of course) is that the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter is reportedly planning to attend the defending champs’ Week 4 showdown against the Los Angeles Chargers.

“Going to the game in Atlanta wasn’t possible because she had scheduled time with some friends, like Gigi Hadid, whom she spent time with on the weekend, and other friends that she hasn’t seen in a while,” an insider told The U.S. Sun. “She wanted to hang out with them before returning to the tour soon.

But she plans to return to the next game to support Travis. They talked on the phone before the game and after the game, too. She wanted to congratulate him on the win!”

It is worth noting that the Chiefs will be traveling to LA to face the Chargers in Week 4, which means that this will be Swift’s first road game of the season.

She was at Arrowhead Stadium for the team’s first two games of the campaign. This development should also serve as a boost for Kelce, who has been going through a rough start to the season. Having his girlfriend in attendance could give him some added motivation as the four-time All-Pro tight end looks to get out of his funk.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, will be looking to make it 4-0 when they face Justin Herbert and the Chargers at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
