According to the Daily Mail, the 35-year-old tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and his girlfriend, 34-year-old Taylor Swift, and her father, Scott Swift, were waiting for him on a private jet leaving Kansas City, Missouri, on Tuesday night before their trip to the East Coast.
The two boarded a Gulfstream jet at 6:05 p.m., but Kelce did not arrive until 7 p.m.
The gate was locked when Kelce finally arrived in his Hummer truck, so one of Taylor’s security detail had to let him in.
The pair, who announced their relationship to the world in September 2023, and Scott, 72, allegedly departed the airport simultaneously with the arrival of Jason Kelce, the NFL star’s brother, who was returning to Philadelphia.
Travis and his Chiefs teammates will have a week off before playing their next game in California on October 20 against the San Francisco 49ers.
