Travis Kelce went off on the sideline after the Chiefs’ play was thwarted by the Giants’ defense. He had a little exchange with coach Reid, where coach Reid apparently had some contact with Kelce with his shoulder. The NFL has fined Travis Kelce $14,491 for making “obscene gestures” during last week’s match between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, according to NBC Sports.
The game — which saw the two teams facing off seven months after the Eagles beat the Chiefs at the Super Bowl back in February — aired live Sept. 14 on Fox. After a 23-yard game by the Chiefs, Kelce celebrated by gesturing animatedly to his groin, seemingly directing his movements toward Philadelphia’s sideline.
