Travis Kelce spent Saturday evening watching his girlfriend Taylor Swift perform in Indianapolis just hours after Jason Kelce confronted a student who used a homophobic slur against his younger brother for dating the pop star. Entering the stadium sporting an all-black suit with a silver necklace and black and white helmet during Swift’s second gig in The Hoosier State, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35 exuded “Reputation,” photographs on social media indicate.
Along with his friend Ross Travis, fans saw Swift’s inspiration singing and dancing at the show. They then shared the VIP section with Taylor’s mother Andrea and *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone. Returning for her second night in a succession, WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark again graced the stage. Swift finishes the US portion of the legendary tour on Sunday before she sets off on Nov. 14 to perform nine performances around Canada, so it is unclear whether she will make it to the primetime clash.
Jason Kelce was seen in a now-viral video taking a Penn State student’s phone and smashing it on the ground just before Swift walked the stage to the packed stadium as the heckler dissed his brother. “Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is a f—– for dating Taylor Swift?” The heckler inquiry questioned. Kelce was walking in a throng outside of Beaver Stadium on Penn State’s campus for ESPN’s “College GameDay” broadcast when the intense argument broke out.
Turning around to face the random troll, the retired Philadelphia Eagles great grabbed the phone from his hand and dropped it on the ground, apparently shattering it. Another angle of the incident depicted the troll begging to get the phone returned. In the footage TMZ obtained, Kelce asked the spectator, “Who’s the f—- now?”
Page Six was informed by campus police that they had no further information on the matter and that an incident report had not been filed. Attending Swift’s “Eras Tour” event with his family in Miami on October 18, Jason Kelce has been a strong advocate of his brother’s relationship with the “Cruel Summer” musician.
“We simply want to be encouraging of him and their relationship and everything they have going on since it’s so wonderful right now,” he said to reporters at an Eagles Autism Foundation event in June.
