Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, has been trending for her apparent support of Donald Trump heading into the presidential election.
The wife of the Chiefs quarterback liked some social media posts highlighting Donald Trump’s plans. While reports now suggest that Brittany Mahomes could be questioning her support, the wife of the three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback continues to trend for it.
Unsurprisingly, hosts on “The View” have taken issue with Brittany Mahomes’ support. But this week, one host decided to call out Brittany Mahomes’ interracial marriage.
Brittany is white and her husband, Patrick Mahomes, is biracial with a Black dad and white mom. Sunny Hostin called out Brittany Mahomes about her marriage.

“It just seems to me that since she is in an interracial marriage, she should have known that to support a racist is problematic. Her children are biracial and her family is one of the families that in the ’70s could not have lived in any of Donald Trump’s buildings,” Hostin said.
Whoopi Goldberg, another host of “The View,” sounded off on Brittany Mahomes, too. “(Trump is) politically activating her army of Swifties.
And there are also rumors that her best friend Brittany Mahomes who was hit with backlash for liking a pro-MAGA post is rethinking her alleged support,” Goldberg said, via The Daily Mail.
“Some could say, because he’s mad at your best friend, now you’re mad? It didn’t bother you that he was being a racist and being a misogynist and… that didn’t get you going?” Patrick Mahomes has made it clear that he won’t be endorsing anyone.
“I think I’ve always said that I don’t want my place or platform to be used to endorse a candidate either way,” Mahomes said when asked about his political beliefs.
“My place is to inform people to get registered to vote and inform people to do their own research and make the best decision for their own family.”
