There was romance at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour performance in Indianapolis!
During her unexpected mashup performance of “This Love” and “The Prophecy” on Saturday night in Indianapolis, the Grammy winner not only had her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, in the audience, but she also seemed to acknowledge him.
Swift, 34, changed the lyrics of her song “This Love” from “These hands had to let it go free / and this love came back to me” to “it changed the prophecy.”
“This Love” is from her 2014 album “1989,” while “The Prophecy” is on her most recent album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”
According to a fan video posted on X, she sung, “Please, I’ve been on my knees, change the prophecy.”
Swift sings to a higher power about her love life and her years of searching for the ideal partner in her 2024 song “The Prophecy.”
“This Love,” on the other hand, explores the emotional rollercoaster that is a romantic relationship.
The pop singer begged the audience to “wish [her] luck” before she performed the mashup.
On social media, Swifties were raving about the lyrics’ underlying meaning.
There, Taylor and Travis are singing the prophecy.because she’s finally discovered her true love,” a fan wrote.
“Taylor singing the prophecy x this love while a certain someone is in the audience, supporting her always even during his busiest times,” another person added.
