Travis Kelce wowed Taylor Swift fans when he made an Eras Tour cameo earlier this summer — and Swifties would love to see him perform again. Some fans are so excited by the prospect that they’ve started planning all sorts of creative ways Taylor’s boyfriend could join her onstage.
In response to a Reddit post dedicated to the most ‘ridiculous’ ideas, fans have conjured up lots of hilarious suggestions — and some of them have legs.
Inspired by Taylor’s record-breaking tour, Swifties crafted detailed roles for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. For instance, one fan suggested: “Him being in one of the glass boxes during LWYMMD could work, and it would be absolutely hilarious.”
Another agreed: “Him as a caged Taylor. This would be incredible and I would die to see it.” Someone else wrote: “He’s gotta be one of the dancers destroying the car with golf clubs in blank space (his favourite song)”.
Another added: “Travis pops out during 22 and says ‘Who is Taylor Swift anyway, ew.’ I don’t know why but that would just be so funny and I think he would kill that line lol.”
Elsewhere, a fan who took the ‘ridiculous’ prompt very seriously said: “Right as The Man starts, he appears to be rising from the stage, but she pushes his head back down like wack-a-mole.” Another commenter joked: “Travis as the huge Rep snake that slithers across the stage.”
“Travis is the kid at the end of the stage that gets the 22 hat (…) Or during the 22 performance, when she is hugging a kid, he pops up and asks for a hug too,” suggested a different Swiftie. Meanwhile, another popular response read: “He should just do the show. All of it. And then Taylor can play a game for him.”
