Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, have been keeping away from the public eye of late.
The couple has been photographed multiple times over the past couple of weeks during night outs, but the two have yet to make a major public appearance since the Chiefs suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl on Feb. 9.
Reports have indicated, however, that Swift has been working on her music amid rumors of a new album that could be released toward the end of the year. This, understandably, has generated a lot of excitement among the Swifties, who have been looking forward to their idol’s next album.
Well, social media was buzzing again on Friday after multi-Grammy Award-winning singer SZA hinted at a potential major collaboration with Swift.
Speaking on Friday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” SZA revealed that she has discussed the possibility of working on a new project with the “Eras Tour” headliner.
“I think I mentioned that I would love to write with her and love to build some things together,” SZA said as she recalled her conversation with Swift during the 2025 Grammy Awards. “I love her storytelling. She was open to it. I think she’s awesome. She’s so bossed up.”

Hudson responded by saying that a collaboration between Swift and SZA would be “amazing.”
The fans on social media certainly agree as they could barely contain their excitement over the prospect of a Taylor Swift-SZA collab.
“OH MY HEAVENS. I NEED THIS NOW,” a comment on X read.
“OHHMYOGOSJWHSHKQQMNSNS,” read another.
“INTERNET CRASH OUT SOON,” predicted a user.
“OKAY I NEED THIS TO HAPPEN LIKE YESTERDAY,” demanded a fan.
“Omgggggggggg please that would be amazing,” wrote another.
“IF THIS IS A PRE-RELEASE SINGLE FOR TS12 WE’RE GOING TO HAVE ONE OF THE BIGGEST HITS OMGGGGGGG,” a reaction read.
SZA recently made waves among NFL fans after she performed alongside Kendrick Lamar during the halftime show at Super Bowl LIX. Lamar brought her out to sing two of their tracks together, “luther” and “All the Stars.”
Apart from Lamar, SZA has had multiple hits in collaboration with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Rhianna, Chance the Rapper, Post Malone, Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion, to name some.
As it turns out, Taylor Swift could be the next big name on her list.
