NFL fans have long favored Travis Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. But since he started dating 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift in 2023, he has gained international recognition.
Kelce, who is vying for his fourth Super Bowl ring, is widely regarded as one of the greatest tight ends in NFL history. In his 11-year career, he has already amassed 11,827 receiving yards and 76 touchdowns.
"Travis Kelce is the ultimate ambassador for this sport around the globe..
Him and Patrick really haven't changed and they love being in the building..
What I appreciate the most is how they treat people in the building" ~ Brett Veach #PMSLive pic.twitter.com/3VTvpmObp4

The couple’s relationship was discussed by former NFL player and ESPN television personality Pat McAfee during a part of his show, “The Pat McAfee Show.” In an interview with Brett Veach, general manager of the Chiefs, McAfee gave his reasons for believing that Swift and Kelce are a “perfect match.”
He indicated that Kelce was a tight end on the team. Unlike quarterback, tight end isn’t exactly a glamorous position. When not required to run a route to catch a pass, athletes in this position are willing to put in half the effort by blocking, creating space, and helping their teammates.
“He’s representing football to the entire world, and he is doing a great job,” McAfee said. “He is an absolute gentleman. He is obviously incredibly supportive, and he’s cool with not being the most popular person in his relationship, which I think is why Taylor being with a tight end from football is a perfect match.”
This Sunday, Kelce and the Chiefs will play the Buffalo Bills. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET.
It is anticipated that Swift, who has attended every game this season that does not clash with her “The Eras Tour” itinerary, will be present. She is expected to attend the match on Sunday because she has performances in Toronto on Saturday and Thursday of next week.
