Tom Brady could find himself in hot water over Patrick Mahomes interview

Shortly following the Kansas City Chiefs’ Week 10 victory over Denver Broncos, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes spoke on what it would take to defeat Buffalo Bills, the Week 11 opponent.

“We have to keep getting better,” Mahomes told Melanie Collins of CBS Sports following the game. ” Obviously, me, Travis, and the entire team will go back and watch this (game) and try to learn from it; but, it’s gonna take our best football in order to win that game (against the Bills).”

In Week 10 Buffalo defeated the Indianapolis Colts 30-20 to rise to 8-2 for the season. Should the regular season finish following this week, the Bills would be the N0. 2 seed in the AFC.

The Bills have scored under 30 points just three times this season; they have scored 30+ points in four straight games. With Buffalo’s high-powered attack—quarterbacked by Josh Allen— Kansas City’s defense will have a difficult game since it has lost over 20 points just two times this season.

The game between Kansas City and Buffalo will be televised on CBS on Sunday, November 17 at 3:25 p.m. Central Time.

Travis Kelce is reportedly set to make a big addition to his $6 million Kansas City mansion. The 35-year-old tight end, who has won three Super Bowls, has made $93 million during his career.

He signed a two year, $34.25 million extension with Kansas City prior to the 2024 season. Off the field, Kelce has been raking in millions, appearing in several different TV commercials and shows, while also co-hosting his podcast, “New Heights,” with his brother Jason Kelce.

The podcast is reportedly worth north of $100 million, according to industry experts. So, it’s safe to say that Kelce can afford to make some luxury additions to his Kansas City home.

Kelce, who grew up in Ohio, is reportedly joining the celebrity “iceberg house” trend with his latest addition. Kelce, who moved into his Leawood, Kansas mansion last year, shortly after his relationship with Taylor Swift went public, is reportedly building a massive man cave.

The man cave, which is being built under his house, will reportedly feature a golf simulator. The “iceberg house” trend is becoming more and more popular with celebrities. Essentially, an “iceberg house” is when more of a house is built underneath the ground – like an iceberg – compared to above ground.

They are considered the newest flex in real estate. They’re safer, take up less space and require less land. “In a world where anyone with money can build a flashy mansion, iceberg homes present a modest exterior while concealing lavish, expansive interiors below ground,” Justin M. Riordan, founder of Spade and Archer Design Agency in Portland and Seattle, told Page Six.

“The hidden opulence of iceberg homes reflects a modern understanding that true wealth is about the quality of life inside, not how much of it is on display. However, they are often pricy. It’s more expensive to build into the ground than it is on top of – or beside – an already existing home. And there are regulation concerns, as well.

In 2020, a $6 million London home completely collapsed due to its “iceberg home” renovation. Many real estate agents also don’t take basement space into account when listing a home’s square footage. So, it’s not always going to be worth it, at least in terms of the financial commitment.

But that’s not something that Kelce has to worry about. He’s made close to $100 million on the field, probably as much off of it, and he’s dating a billionaire in Taylor Swift.

If he wants to build a sick man cave, he should go for it.
