Retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce is having an eventful offseason.
After Jason and his wife, Kylie Kelce, welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce, the ESPN analyst earned a Sports Emmys nomination in the Outstanding Personality/Emerging On-Air Talent category for his work on “Monday Night Countdown” and “They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce.”
While the 37-year-old adjusts to life as a family of six, he continues to film new episodes of “New Heights” with his younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, 35.
After dropping a surprise bonus episode last week, Jason and Travis announced on April 15 that they were dropping two new shows this week, as well.
While listeners were thrilled to learn about the double-episode week, numerous fans were distracted how different Jason looked in the preview on Tuesday night.
One man commented, “Damn has jason dropped 100 pounds,”
while another person replied, “I was thinking the same thing.”
One woman posted, “Jason looking skinny!”
A fan added, “Travis looks great! Jason is so tiny now.”
Another person gushed, “Jason is disappearing in front of our eyes omfg.”

During the March 26 episode of “New Heights,” Jason, who’s lost 20 pounds since retiring from the NFL in March 2024, revealed that he entered a three-month weight loss challenge with retired Eagles nose tackle Beau Allen.
While still playing for the Eagles, “I was never heavier than 300,” he told Travis. “Well, maybe a couple of times… I tipped 300 in the NFL.”
“Allen reached out and said, ‘Do you wanna do a competition on who can lose the most body fat percentage but still gain muscle?’” Jason couldn’t believe the results he received from the bone density test.
“There is a lot of fat in there!” Jason said. “It’s kind of embarrassing seeing your body broken down like this… 207 pounds of muscle.. 58.7 pounds of fat, [which] is exactly 21% body fat.”
As for why he said yes to the challenge, “‘Dude, this is what you do when you retire, you have to do stupid competitions like this to keep your sanity.”
