It has now been over a year and a half since Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce hard launched their relationship to the public. Things appear to be going strong for the power couple, with rumors circulating that the two could be getting ready to take the next step in their romance.
Before Swift started dating Kelce, however, she had a brief fling with The 1975 front man Matty Healy.
According to People, it was in May 2023 that Swift and Healy were first spotted together holding hands in public, which pretty much confirmed their relationship status.
Reports emerged in June 2023, however, that the couple had broken up as insiders described their romance as “always casual.”
Despite their short-lived fling, Healy, who announced his engagement to model Gabriette Bechtel in June 2024, continues to be linked to Swift. At least this is the case for more than a few Swifties, who still have some pretty strong feelings about Swift’s ex-boyfriend. These feelings, though, aren’t entirely positive.
As a matter of fact, Healy’s brother, Louis Healy, is now feeling the wrath of Swift fans after his comments about the “Fortnight” singer blew up online.
In a recent interview with Metro UK, Louis Healy was asked to take his pick between Swift’s “Eras Tour” and Beyonce’s “Rennaisance Tour” from 2023. The 24-year-old “The Pact” actor made his thoughts abundantly clear.
“Rennaisance tour every day of the week,” he said. “… I definitely wouldn’t go to a Taylor Swift (concert). You wouldn’t find me there. If you know, you know.

“Beyonce. Beyonce. Beyonce. Without a doubt. Come on.”
The Swifties did not take to Louis Healy’s statement well, and they saw it as her ex-boyfriend’s brother throwing shade at their idol.
“I’m betting she wouldn’t want him to go! It was very presumptuous of him to think she would want him there ” a comment on X read.
“Who even is he? ” said another.
“If I write what I think I’m gonna get banned here…” declared a user.
“this is so pathetic and embarrassing as hell wow,” a Swiftie wrote.
“imagine being the ugly sibling when your brother is matty healy that’s so embarrassing,” trolled another.
“ugly, stupid, miserable, messy like pick a struggle ” reacted a viewer.
Swifties can be a very protective bunch, and this is once again living proof of that notion.
